Zulekha Healthcare Group has announced a new partnership with Oracle to support a large-scale digital transformation across its healthcare operations. The agreement will see the Group implement systems aimed at improving patient lifecycle management, supply chain oversight, pharmacy coordination, finance, procurement, and overall facility performance.

As part of the collaboration, Oracle Health will roll out an electronic health record (EHR) system designed to strengthen patient safety and care quality. In addition, Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be used to streamline financial operations, automate administrative functions, and enable better access to real-time data across departments.

Zulekha Healthcare Group stated that the move is intended to create greater alignment between its clinical and business functions, helping staff to make faster, data-led decisions while supporting long-term cost efficiency.

“This is about putting in place the systems we need to continue improving the patient experience,” said Taher Shams, Managing Director of Zulekha Healthcare Group. “Oracle Health Foundation EHR and Oracle Cloud ERP will provide a unified data environment, helping us to improve operational efficiency. The inclusion of AI capabilities was a key factor in our decision to work with Oracle.”

Seema Verma, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Oracle Health and Life Sciences, said: “We’re delivering AI-powered applications that help address some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges. With the integration of Oracle Health Foundation EHR and Oracle Cloud ERP, health systems such as Zulekha can modernise finance operations, improve productivity, and enhance care delivery.”

Zulekha Healthcare Group noted that the data generated through this initiative would play a central role in performance monitoring and improving clinical outcomes across its facilities.
