Halo AI, a company reshaping the way brands and creators work together, has announced the successful closure of a US$6 million seed funding round.
The funding was led by Raed Ventures and Shorooq Partners, with participation from notable investors, including former executives from Snapchat, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Amazon, as well as backers behind leading gaming industry unicorns.
The announcement, made during the 1 Billion Pitches competition at the 1 Billion Followers Summit, highlights Halo AI’s commitment to enabling seamless and scalable collaborations between brands and creators.
This investment will drive Halo AI’s global expansion beyond its strong start in Saudi Arabia, with immediate plans to enter Dubai and Kuwait, followed by rapid scaling across MENA, Europe, and North America.
Developed by a team with experience at AWS, Meta, and Snapchat, Halo AI’s advanced artificial intelligence has already attracted major brands like Kitopi, ToYou, 1/2M, and Syarah. Its AI-powered platform achieves a 97% campaign completion rate—significantly above the 65% industry average—and allows brands to launch campaigns within 48 hours. For creators, the platform ensures payments within 72 hours, a first for the region.
“Halo AI’s agentic AI redefines creator marketing by autonomously matching brands and creators, optimising campaigns in real time, and reducing manual workloads by 85%,” said Vito Strokov, Co-Founder and CEO. “Our technology adapts to each brand’s needs and drives measurable success for creators, consistently outperforming industry standards.”
Tina Daher, Principal at Shorooq, described the creator economy as “one of the most transformative opportunities of our time,” adding that Halo AI’s technology offers unparalleled scalability and efficiency.
Raed Ventures’ General Partner, Wael Nafee, echoed the sentiment: “Halo AI is revolutionising creator-brand partnerships with its innovative AI platform. We’re proud to back their vision and look forward to their impact on this rapidly expanding market.”
