ServiceNow Unveils AI-Powered Learning Platform to Future-Proof Careers

ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, has introduced ServiceNow University, an innovative learner experience designed to empower individuals to grow, develop, and build the skills that matter most. The new world of work is as much about human transformation as it is technological, and for people to truly transform, a safe space is needed beyond their comfort zone.
This is why the science of play in learning sits at the heart of the ServiceNow University vision. Unlike conventional learning environments with static, one-size-fits-all programmes, ServiceNow University builds future-ready skills, adapts to the world’s changing needs, and unlocks full talent potential through a tailored learning toolkit — regardless of an individual’s needs and interests.
It is available to organisations and individuals across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem — including employees, customers, and partners — connecting people with the learning they require to contribute meaningfully.
“In the age of AI, we have an opportunity to spark a human renaissance by helping our people reach their full potential, simplify their lives, and focus on meaningful, innovative work that drives business success,” stated Jacqui Canney, Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at ServiceNow. “The pace of change demands an agile approach to learning and development that focuses as much on how people learn in the flow of work as on the skills they need to thrive. That’s why we designed ServiceNow University to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, keeping our people firmly at the centre.”
According to the third annual research report from ServiceNow and Pearson, due to be published in September, agentic AI is expected to disrupt millions of jobs — both technical and non-technical — accelerating the need for upskilling. In fact, over 8 million roles are forecast to evolve in the United States alone.
Moreover, significant tech workforce growth is anticipated across all surveyed regions by 2030 — from 27% in Germany and 36% in the United States to an impressive 95% in India. ServiceNow University harnesses advanced AI and a personalised development toolkit to set all learners up for success, whether their existing roles are evolving or they are stepping into a technology-focused position for the first time. Its comprehensive curriculum, covering both human and technical skills, helps talent future-proof their careers while enabling organisations to remain competitive.
“As technology continues to reshape the workplace at unprecedented speed, driven by AI, there’s a learning imperative leaders must address. ServiceNow University is uniquely placed to help them do just that,” stated Jayney Howson, SVP of Global Learning and Development at ServiceNow.
“Built around each learner’s unique journey, it blends the power of AI with the science of play to create an experience that unites an individual’s background, talents, and goals. Whether you’re keen to pick up a new skill quickly or embark on an entirely new career path, ServiceNow University offers accessible learning — creating a safe, supportive space where people can step out of their comfort zone, experiment, fail, and grow.”
