AI-Driven Content Platform Named Leader in Forrester Report

Newgen Software has been recognised as a ‘Leader’ in the latest Forrester Wave: Content Platforms, Q1 2025, a report authored by analyst Cheryl McKinnon.
The evaluation assessed 12 leading content platform providers across 24 criteria, with NewgenONE Contextual Content Services receiving the highest possible scores in ten areas. These included metadata, search functionality, content migration, lifecycle management, intelligent data extraction, document generation, and digital process automation.
The report noted Newgen’s continued focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and application design. It stated: “Organisations in regulated industries that have a complex set of content-centric workflows and want to explore AI-driven automation with governance guardrails should explore Newgen.”

NewgenONE was also highlighted for its “strong set of core content services”, including search, document processing, lifecycle management, and migration tools, with a history of successfully transitioning businesses from legacy ECM suites.
