OmniOps, Saudi Arabia’s pioneering AI infrastructure provider, has raised $8 million in a funding round led by GMS Capital Ventures. The investment aims to expand OmniOps’ operations, advance research and development, and strengthen AI infrastructure across the kingdom, the company announced.
Founded in 2024 by Mohammed Altassan, OmniOps specialises in high-performance computing solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. Altassan, the company’s founding CEO, highlighted the firm’s impact on efficiency: “OmniOps enables clients to cut GPU power consumption by up to 50% and double workload speeds, delivering up to 14x better GPU inference efficiency. This empowers businesses to embrace AI with greater cost-effectiveness and sustainability.”
GMS Capital Ventures expressed confidence in OmniOps’ vision, stating that alongside funding, it will leverage its expertise and global network to cement OmniOps as a leader in Saudi Arabia’s growing AI sector.
