Recently, Property Finder migrated to AWS Redshift and AWS QuickSight for machine learning and business intelligence services. This strategic move improved business performance by 81 per cent and reduced costs by 40 per cent.

The company also relocated its data lakehouse to AWS. As most of its data sources already operated within the AWS ecosystem, this upgrade ensured seamless connectivity, lower latency, and simplified data pipelines.

Property Finder integrates with AWS AI and machine learning services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Q, and Amazon Bedrock. These tools have accelerated the development of intelligent platform features.

This successful migration highlights the significant business benefits of AWS’s GenAI services. Improvements range from AI-powered recommendations and intelligent chatbots to advanced video processing, automated listing quality checks, and fraud detection.

These tailored innovations address key customer concerns. Nearly 44 per cent of Property Finder users identify ‘trust’ as their top priority when searching for a new property. Automated listing quality checks and fraud detection are GenAI-driven solutions developed within the AWS AI/ML ecosystem, including Bedrock and related services.
